How To Return or Replace An Item

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

1. Please email mariaonlineselling@gmail.com to request a return or replacement and we will send you instructions on how to do it so.
2. Send your returned item thru LBC:
Maria & Fifth Trending Online Store – Pick up LBC Bitas, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return or replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Exceptions

Items can not be returned if they are opened.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
